Internships
Kentucky Shakespeare has various internship opportunities throughout the year. We’re currently looking for:
Development & Marketing Intern
- Assists with the coordination and implementation of fundraising efforts/events/grants for the current and future Kentucky Shakespeare seasons and education programs
- Data entry, mailing campaigns and community-focused events
- Assists with general administration duties as needed
Arts Management Intern
- Assists with special events planning, administrative support, community development among members of cast, crew and staff and front office support.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Photoshop and graphic design (preferred)
Education Intern
- Assists staff with day-to-day administration and special projects in the area of Education administration
- Supports the Education Tour
- Assists with marketing
- Coordinates education research projects
- Organizes education files
- Special projects aligned with the intern’s interests and career focus
Technical Internships Available
- Scenic Wardrobe Properties
- Sound Lighting Production Crew
- Stage Management
- Acting (By audition only)
