Kentucky Shakespeare’s annual Festival in Central Park offers opportunities for people of all ages to enjoy the works of Shakespeare in the beautiful outdoor setting of Old Louisville’s Central Park.

Kentucky Shakespeare is the largest in-school arts education organization in the Commonwealth, visiting more than 75,000 students each year.

The Globe Players     Ages 15-18

This six-week training program is in an advanced theatre conservatory designed for high school students.  Students participate in daily workshops on voice, movement and acting with professional mentors, coinciding with an intensive rehearsal schedule.  The culmination of their work results in a week-long run of a full-length production of a Shakespeare play on the C. Douglas Ramey Amphitheatre stage.

Auditions are in March and April, 2015

Session: June 22 – August 2

$495.00 Full Day: 9:00am – 4:00pm
