Ashley Nicole Cabrera

Ashley Nicole Cabrera, Ross/Banquo

Ashley graduated from James Madison University in May of 2020 with a degree in theatre, concentrating in performance. A few months after graduation, she made the move to Louisville to work as an Artist Educator at Kentucky Shakespeare (2020-2022). You may have seen her in Kentucky Shakespeare’s summer season as Princess of France in Love’s Labor’s Lost, Lady Anne in Richard III, and Anne Page in The Merry Wives of Windsor.

Henry DelBello

Henry DelBello, Macbeth

Henry makes his Kentucky Shakespeare debut. Regional: Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Austin Shakespeare), Sebastian in Twelfth Night (First Presbyterian)Roggie in Light Switch (Open Space Arts)Education: Texas State University, BFA in acting. Credits there include Ned in Small Mouth Sounds, Tuzenbach in Three Sisters, Jar in Amber Jar Chrysanthemum. Henry is stoked to bring Shakespeare to his mother’s hometown of New Albany, IN, during the tour. Chase Howard

Chase Howard, 2nd Witch/Malcolm/Thane of Cawdor/Porter/2nd Murderer/Lord

Chase is a musician, artist, and Louisville native. He attended Jefferson Community and Technical College. Some of his favorite credits are Pigeon in Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus (Derby Dinner Playhouse), Gerald the Elephant in Elephant and Piggie: We Are in a Play (Derby Dinner Playhouse), and Horatio/Rosencrantz in Hamlet (Kentucky Shakespeare). Chase is represented by Heyman Talent Artists Agency.

Leonard Peterson III

Leonard Peterson III, 3rd Witch/Duncan/Macduff/1st Murderer/Lord

Leonard is an actor based in Radcliff, KY. He obtained his BFA in acting from the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. This is Leonard’s first stint with Kentucky Shakespeare, and he is excited for the opportunity. Other credits include Avery in The Flick by Annie Baker and Dan in Next to Normal.

Liza Rash

Liza Rash, 1st Witch/Norwegian Lord/Lady Macbeth

Liza is from Fort Mitchell, KY and graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2022 with a BFA in performing arts. This is her first production with Kentucky Shakespeare. She was most recently seen as Farrah the Faerie in She Kills Monsters with Pandora Productions.

Crystian Wiltshire

Crystian Wiltshire, Director and Adapter

Crystian is thrilled to return to Kentucky Shakespeare as director of the Spring Tour! Last year, he directed our touring production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. He is proud to be in his third season as Facilitator at the Shakespeare Behind Bars program. Crystian has worked both on stage and as a director with Kentucky Shakespeare, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Untitled Louisville Theatre Company, and more around our region.

Alex Biscardi, Sound Designer

Alex is a Louisville-based audio designer and editor. A graduate of the University of Louisville’s Theatre Arts Department, she currently works as an Associate Producer at Louisville Public Media. Alex is thrilled to be designing for a third time for the Kentucky Shakespeare tour. She lives with her husband and beloved furbabies in Shelby Park. After audio, she loves local food, ukulele, hiking, tennis, writing, and too many video games.

Lionel I. S. Nasby, Set Designer

Lionel is the Master Carpenter/Scene Shop Forman at Indiana University Southeast. He received his BS from the University of Louisville Theatre Arts Department. Lionel has worked as a scenic carpenter for Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, Assumption High School, and more. He has also been the Technical Director for Bunbury Theatre, The Liminal Playhouse, and for the “Soul of Walnut Street”, which is currently installed at the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage. He has taken devised pieces to Singapore and Brazil with his father Charles Nasby, which were incredible experiences. He wishes to expand his knowledge and value by traveling more, engaging more with his passions in a professional approach, and learning from those who are appreciated for their success.

Molly Morgan, Costume Designer

Molly is thrilled to make her costume design debut with Kentucky Shakes! Previous Kentucky theatre costume design credits include Night of the Living Dead (StageOne) and The Book of Will (Walden Conservatory). Film: Amber Alert (Hulu 2024), The Engagement Dress (Tubi 2023), The Love Hunt (Freevee 2023), and Red Camellia (forthcoming). Justin Jackson, Fight Director

Justin is a regular on the Kentucky Shakespeare stage. He has also played Jonathan Harker in Actors Theatre’s Dracula. He studied acting at SCAD and received his B.F.A. there. Having done everything from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to stand-up comedy, Justin seems to be preparing to become a charismatic superhero. Justin sends love to his grandmother who instills a love of Shakespeare in him and unyielding support.

Hannah Pruitt, Intimacy Director

Hannah has been a part of Kentucky Shakespeare since 2012 and serves as Director of Creative Engagement and Resident Intimacy Director. With KS, a selection of ID work includes Shakespeare’s R&J, Sense & Sensibility, Romeo & Juliet, Comedy of Errors, and Importance of Being Earnest.  Selected credits: She Kills Monsters (University of Louisville); As You Like It and Much Ado About Nothing (three witches shakespeare).  She graduated from University of Louisville with a BS in Theatre.  Connect at hannaheileenpruitt.weebly.com.

Gregory Maupin, Dramaturg

Gregory is a frequent actor, dramaturg, and all-around artist with Kentucky Shakespeare. He and his wife Abigail are Prohibition ukulele duo Rannygazoo and in 2004 co-founded Louisville’s Le Petomane Theatre Ensemble. He is a charter member of Brooklyn’s Under the Table Ensemble and co-founder of the Church of Grover’s Corners. Kentucky Shakespeare appearances include: Twelfth Night (Feste 2022; Malvolio 2016), Much Ado (Benedick), Pride & Prejudice (Mr. Bennet, Charlotte), Midsummer (Bottom). Taming of the Shrew (Petruchio), As You Like It (Touchstone), Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead (Guildenstern). With Actors Theatre: A Christmas Carol: Ghost Story (solo) Luna Gale (Cliff), At the Vanishing Point (Martin), Our Town (Simon Stimson), Midsummer (Flute), Macbeth, 43 Plays for 43 Presidents. With the Dell’Arte Company: Vaudeville (co-creator). Gregory graduated from Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre.

Rachel Meadors, Stage Manager

Rachel holds a BS in theatre arts from the University of Louisville. Originally from Williamsburg, Kentucky, she moved to Louisville to pursue a theatre career. Rachel has worn many hats in their time in theatre from stage manager to actor to director to playwright. They’ve stage managed for multiple companies in Louisville like Looking for Lilith, This Bridge Theatre, and three witches shakespeare. After stage managing Kentucky Shakespeare’s Untimely Ripp’d, Rachel is excited to be back with the company and hopes you enjoy!

Kentucky Shakespeare serves communities through the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival in Central Park, education programs in schools, public performances, and community outreach programs. As the most comprehensive in-school arts education provider in the Commonwealth, Kentucky Shakespeare serves schools throughout the region with interactive educational programming directly tied to academic standards, helping impact student achievement.
