Thanks to the Louisville Free Public Library for making the 2022 Shakespeare in the Libraries tour possible! The upcoming tour of Twelfth Night will return to Louisville Free Public Library branches in winter 2023!

In March and April 2022 Kentucky Shakespeare toured our free one-hour performance of Much Ado About Nothing for young audiences adapted and directed by Director of Education Kyle Ware to five Louisville Free Public Library branches.

Shakespeare in the Libraries is a fun and free opportunity for families throughout the city to experience this accessible and creative take on Shakespeare’s work. During the interactive performance the actors engage with audience members and have the opportunity for post-performance discussion as well. The program is suitable for all ages.
